What is the best way to clean my rubber rain boots?
Wipe them down with some disinfectant wipes.
If you want to make them dark and shiny, spray some silicone oil on them. Or you could try putting some Armor-All or similar tire and plastic treatment on them.
Not on the bottoms though, it might make 'em slippery.
Rinse them off in the sink, or if it's warm enough, use the hose.
